Meneou Mixed Use Village

The Project is located in the Meneou Area of Larnaca – Cyprus, which is 1.7 Km from the LCA International Airport, 6.8 Km from the Larnaca City Center, and only 2.7 Km to the nearest Meneou Beach.The Proposed Masterplan has been prepared to showcase the possibilities for a ‘Mixed-Use Complex’. The Pissouri Resort

The Pissouri Resort, is an idea of Nomadic Type „Living Without Walls” that could be considered an Organized High-End Glamping Resort of sorts.
The Gated Master Plan is made up of a controlled entry with most vehicle parking near the Main Hotel Building that Houses Suites in a Standard Hotel Format. Restaurants/Bars are located in this Building as well as elsewhere. Sports Facilities are located near the Main Building that accommodate Tennis, Futsal, Padel, Basketball etc. An Infinity Pool acts  as a buffer between the Main Hotel Building and the Main attraction being the Nomadic Type Independent Living Quarters. All Internal Areas have limited Car accessibility from the Resort electric cart transportation system. Horse Stables are located on the Premises, centrally and flanking the Green Area and are also a focal point with future Polo Grounds in mind, a stones throw away.
As the Project travels towards the Beachfront Shoreline, a Health Center & Spa with Infinity Pool are located with an uninterrupted clear Sea View with Rising & Setting Sun Orientation.
All locations within the Resort, including the Center Piece Nomadic Quarters Modules for Stage 1, of up to 100 Units, have Sea View and due to the vast size and elevation of the given location, allows for an Amphitheatric effect with inviting Views.
