The Concept for M Boutique Hotel was put together for a Private Group of Investors during the tail end of the Global Recession and the beginning of the 2012 recession in Cyprus. This was an exercise to see what funds would be needed for a Project of this caliber and a way to Invest outside of the American and UK Market place.
