KMC is located at the Gateway to Nicosia and is situated on a secondary internal road that runs parallel to the Main B22 Highway and is close to the Intersection of Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue B22 & Iosif Hadjiiosif.

There are Offices on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Floors of approximately 600 sq.m. per Floor with a GF Cafeteria and Grand Main Entrance Lobby. There is a discrete side access double ramp to the Semi-Basement Parking Area, with access to the building via an Entrance Lobby at that level. The GF Parking Area is easily accessible via a comfortable double ramp visible at the front of the Building and close to the Main Entrance. The Development has more Parking Bays than are required by Law, as most Commercial Projects expect that comfort level in today’s Market. The Development has also accommodated for two charging Bays on the GF near the side Entrance to the Basement Parking Area, keeping in mind and planning for future advances and Client needs.

The Energy Efficiency Cerification of the Building is A Rated by Law and it has been boosted by increasing the overall number of Photo Voltaic Panels for the production of Electricity that will be sold back to the EAC Grid.
