Our Clients aquired Two 2 Bedroom Apt.’s in core and shell status, in a building that was being built by a well known Developer in Central Nicosia. Ai Architects were given the freedom to redesign the spaces internally, to accommodate the necessities of the Clients.

The Apt.’s were neither big nor small and our design was based on a warm, calm and Mediterranean palette that carried through the Apt.’s differently.
