Konstantyn Boyajian Haute Horlogerie – Lighting Design

by | Dec 7 | 2020

The Konstantyn Boyajian Watch Atelier and Boutique was designed within a very confined space, so the double height front of the store and lighting design were important factors in the overall ambiance of the space.

The store front faces the rising sun in the East, thus allowing the boutique to enjoy a fully glazed double height facade, avoiding the scorching Cyprus sun but enjoying the indirect natural light, making it seem bigger than it actually is.

The lighting design was incorporated in such a way that the feeling you get during the day is somewhat reproduced once the sun sets and night comes. Highly reflective glass that separates the Boutique from the Atelier gives the feeling that the lighting continues endlessly to the depths of the Atelier.
