Eleonon Neighborhood Master Planning

Strovolos, Nicosia

Ai Architects were commissioned to prepare a Master Plan for an over 90,000 m2 Parcel of Land in a high demand region of Strovolos that would incorporate the new Alexandroupoleos high traffic dual ring road carriage way.

The Master Plan consists of 93 Plot Proposal:
5 Plots in the ΕΒ6 (ΙΙΙ)
21 Plots in the Κα6
67 Plots in the Κα8 Zones

Green Zones, Neighborhood Parks & Public Pathways were integrated accordingly to create the Proposed New Neighborhood off Eleonon Avenue.
