Project Architect was Kostas Neofitidis.<\/p>\n<p>The Project was interesting in many aspects ranging from the importance of Team communication (both for Design &amp; Construction), project management on all levels (together with the Project Manager and not only), Contractor communication regarding day to day problem solving, cataloguing changes and communicating Design &amp; Specifications instructions with Project Architect &amp; approvals of materials with Client involvement during the key phases, leading to the delivery and handover of the completed Project.<\/p>\n\t\t<div
