Zakynthos is a Greek Island located in the Ionian Sea, also known as Zante.

The Project is an Existing Complex of 70 Apartments that have been converted into a Group of Hotel Apartments that is planned to be run by TUI, one of the world’s largest tourism and travel companies.

The Complex is made up of 8 Buildings with 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments within 7 of the 8 Buildings. There are 3 Communal Pools in Central Areas, as well as  Ground Floor Apartments with private pools. The Complex also includes a separate building with the Complex Reception Area & Cafe-Restaurant Area.
