KBC North is located at the gateway to Nicosia and is part of a Commercial Complex that started with KBC Central at the end of 2015 and was the first of its kind to be built. KBC North was restricted to 3 Plots, where as KBC Central was on 4 Plots. The Development is within the Commercial Zone of the 2 front Plots that are parallel and facing Iosif Hadjiiosif Street and the 3rd back Plot is an overground parking area. This made the overall Design less limited than the KBC Central Project. The main difference with its predecessor was the footprint becoming smaller and the building going up one more floor, with a change from a fully glazed facade to 50% glazed & 50% solid. The facade change was due to an update in the Energy Efficiency Regulations, KBC North was to achieve an “A” Rating. The Basement houses most of the Building Parkings, Secondary Spaces and an autonomous part of the BOC that is directly linked and accessible from the BOC GF.

There is no mistaking that KBC North is directly related to KBC Central, as they share many similarities both technically and aesthetically.

KBC North houses 3 Tenants:

Bank of Cyprus’s Flagship Branch is located on the GF, 1st Floor and Basement.

Edrington MEA HQ is located on the 2nd Floor, it is one of two Offices on the 2nd Floor.

iSignthis & Probanx HQ are located within the rest of the building, 2nd – 5th Floors.
