Conservation Addition – Site Architects

Ai Architects were Site Architects for the Construction Phase of a Private Residence located in Agios Andreas, Nicosia.

The Project Architect was Kostas Neofitidis.

The Project was interesting in many aspects ranging from the importance of Team communication (both for Design & Construction), project management on all levels (together with the Project Manager and not only), Contractor communication regarding day to day problem solving, cataloguing changes and communicating Design & Specifications instructions with Project Architect & approvals of materials with Client involvement during the key phases, leading to the delivery and handover of the completed Project.
